PU Binder
Wet Pour & Pour in Place

SuperSafe ® Polyurethane Binder

SuperSafe Polyurethane Binder is used for wet pour rubber surface installation and hot press binder for rubber tiles. It is a single-component, MDI-based, non-volatile pre-polymer system. Polyurethane binder is primarily used to mix with EPDM and SBR granules for wet-pour rubber surfacing as well as hot-pressed rubber tiles.

Hot Press Binder

Our Hot Press PU binder is a high-performance, heat-curing adhesive designed for manufacturing durable rubber tiles, pavers, and mats. Engineered for fast curing under heat and pressure, it delivers superior strength, density, and stability, ensuring long-lasting products with excellent impact resistance and consistent quality.

Aromatic binder is the most commonly used PU binder because of its economic value and availability in the market. EPDM combined with aromatic binder tends to yellow upon exposure to sunlight or UV rays, this common phenomenon is called the “yellowing effect” of polyurethane binder. The yellowing effect may momentarily cause slight changes to the EPDM Granules of some colors until the yellowing tint layer wears off from foot traffic.

We also offers Aromatic binder added with UV inhibitor for EPDM Color Granules that are more sensitive to the yellowing effect. The added UV stabilizer acts as a retarder to delay the yellowing effect taking place, allowing the color to change slower to a more uniform shade at an extended period of time.
