EPDM Granules Manufacturing Process
1. Raw Material Selection
High-quality raw materials, including Ethylene, Propylene, and a Diene Monomer, are carefully chosen for their purity and properties.
2. Mixing & Compounding

3. Extrusion & Pelletizing
The compounded materials are then extruded and transformed into sheets. These are pelletized into granular form using specialized equipment.
4. Curing Process
The granules undergo a curing process, often utilizing peroxides: peroxide-cured EPDM, which offers superior durability and resilience. This curing process enhances their properties, withstanding the test of time and environmental challenges.
5. Coloring & Pigmentation
Depending on the desired color, pigments and additives are blended with the EPDM granules to create a vibrant hues.
6. Sizing & Screening
The granules are sized to ensure uniformity in particle size, eliminating any irregularities for consistent quality.
7. Quality Control & Testing
Quality control measures are implemented throughout the process, with samples regularly tested to maintain high standards.
